1. How long does it take to receive my personalized item?
The processing time for personalized items varies depending on the product. Generally, it takes 3-5 business days to process and create your personalized item. 2. Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. We take great care in creating and packaging our personalized products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your personalized item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement.
3. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we immediately begin processing it to ensure timely delivery. Due to this, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the checkout process.
4. How can I track my order?
